About the sample, I think all of the fresh ginger has almost the same taste. vegetable or onion has the same taste also around the world. we are not dealing with fruit or potato which can vary in taste. but If you really need sample, I can send you. the sample is free But you have to fund your shipping cost because DHL/ Fedex usually charge around $100.
